Upon arrival you’ll be welcomed by a large partially covered deck on the street side, with lovely ocean views. A second streetside oceanview deck is located on the second floor. Two more covered decks are located on the back side of the home, overlooking the back yard. The beach access is just a mere 72 steps away and after your day at the beach, rinse away the sand in the enclosed outdoor hot/cold showers.
Living and Dining:
On the first floor of this renovated classic beach house, you’ll find an extra living room with a small cottage kitchen, perfect to hang out and enjoy the foosball table, arcade, movies, or relax on the street side deck, accessed via sliding doors. On the second floor you’ll find a full-size kitchen, large dining table that seats 12, and a second comfortable living room, along with a full bath. Stepping out onto the street side deck affords you with amazing, nearly unobstructed, ocean views. Laundry is in bunkbed bedroom.

Six bedrooms, each comfortably furnished, are spread throughout the home. Five bedrooms on the first floor and one on the second floor, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room makes space for up to 15 guests. Bringing linens and towels from home for 6 beds and 5 baths is a hassle. That's why we've included a free service which provides linens, washcloths, and bath/kitchen towels. They arrive at the house the house clean and ready for your use. Afterward, just throw them in a tote when you check out.
